The Challenge
Who: Renault Trucks UK is a leading manufacturer in the commercial vehicle industry.

What: as part of my work with marketing agency, Stream Ltd, I was tasked with managing the client's social media channels and supporting all areas of digital marketing.

Why: with the commercial vehicle industry being so competitive, the Renault Trucks Group required standout digital marketing to increase brand awareness, followers and market share.


The Strategy
Full-service social media management: from strategy to ideation to execution and ongoing oversight, myself and my team provided a complete social media service, ensuring consistent growth and engagement across all platforms. This included organic content, paid advertising and individual campaigns.

Print's not dead: alongside a digital approach, I produced copy for printed publications such as monthly columns in transport magazines and newsletters to bolster brand awareness as part of our PR strategy.

Supporting the wider network: the Renault Trucks UK brand is made up of many networks which sought our agency's help after seeing the success of the main brand. This included social media management and broader digital campaign support.​​​
